SERVICE……Sometimes price is the deciding factor in an insurance business relationship….but that can be secondary to the SERVICE that you receive and the comfort knowing that someone is there for you. And that you can get an honest answer the first time around. The feeling that you know your agent and the staff has your best interest at heart is very comforting. AND the price especially when bundling products is comparable or better usually than other companies is such a plus. I will pay a few dollars more for SERVICE but when I can get both GREAT CARING SERVICE AND PRICING……that’s a WIN-WIN. -David
